Selecture B.V. is an international business company incorporated under the Dutch Law. The Director and principal officers are
Dutch Nationals.
SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES
Selecture B.V. is focused on the trading, blending, sourcing and marketing of Petroleum Products and Agriculture. We consider
investment opportunities where:

our existing participation in the marketing and production of commodities provides insight
-
we view continuing participation in industrial assets as an important feature of our long-term strategy
-
we adopt a market view in respect of future capital investment
-
We continue to pursue selective strategic acquisitions and alliances with third parties and aim to create value
through our acquisitions over long-time horizons.

each investment opportunity in an industrial asset is evaluated on a stand-alone basis. Additionally, new ventures
are examined for their potential to benefit from Selectures approach to achieving critical mass in the relevant market
and to support our corporate philosophy of establishing long-term relationships with trading partners, financial
institutions and governments.
The fundamental activity of Selecture B.V. is providing services to end users from the Middle East and Europe in general and
especially the Netherlands and United Kingdom. We enable end users to enter into different regions to acquire petroleum and
agriculture products and therefore have built up a affiliated network of buyers/end users .
BLENDING
Selecture together with our strategic partners are specialised in blending fuel oil, cutter stocks, marine diesel, automotive diesel
and kerosene for marine, general and industrial use. We can import and blend gas oil, diesel oils, kerosene and gasoline in
accordance with DIN, IPE and all other European and export regulations.
Selecture “adds value” by blending components to a customer desired specification. 90% of all wet oil flowing thru our tanks has
value added by admixtures.
VGO is blended towards the cracking capability of its destination catalytic or hydrocracker.
